Today was the first day of free practice sessions of the last race of the Moto2 season at the Ricardo Tormo circuit in Cheste, Valencia.

Augusto Fernandez used the first two free practice sessions to size up a track that is always complicated to interpret with its many slow and short radius corners. The Speed Up rider therefore focused on the bike setting in preparation for the race, finishing the day in the 13th (1’36.44).

“I’m happy with today because we’re working fine. We managed to get the fastest lap in FP1 reaching today’s thirteenth place, but in the second free practice we focused on the race pace, improving the grip and rhythm. We have to be focused to continue in this direction, we can do a good race!”
