Augusto Fernández leads the first day of the San Marino Grand Prix

The MotoGP World Championship has returned to the action with the dispute of the San Marino Grand Prix in the fast and steep Misano track.

The FlexBox HP 40 riders, Augusto Fernández and teammate Lorenzo Baldassarri, have completed a very good first day, both being in the top 5 of the category – with Augusto in first.

Augusto, who arrives at the thirteenth championship race after winning the Silverstone one, has once again confirmed his good form. The first free practice he has already finished in the second position and, in the afternoon, he has improved his lap and has led the time table, with a better 1:38.325 stopwatch. Good start for the pupil of Sito Pons who hopes to continue in this line what remains of the weekend.

The FlexBox HP 40 riders will be back on track tomorrow at 10:55 a.m. with the last free practice before the official qualifying, scheduled at 3:05 p.m.
